Trudy Wilson gained a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Psychology and Philosophy) from »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ Sydney in 1995, a Bachelor of Social Work from Charles Sturt University Wagga Wagga in 2003, a Master of Counselling Social Work (with Excellence) from »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ Sydney in 2022. Trudy enrolled as a part time PhD candidate at »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ Sydney in 2024.

Trudy is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker & Clinical Supervisor and is employed in private practice, currently working in the Macarthur region of Sydney. Trudy established the practice 'Talkingminds' in 2005 and was the founder and clinical director of a multi-disciplinary private practice in central Sydney from 2009-2020.
