
Leah Hill
Leah Hill is the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Student Success at »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ, responsible for providing strategic vision, leadership and oversight for all aspects of the University’s student support, experience and wellbeing programs. She leads a sustainable suite of initiatives across student engagement, wellbeing, employability, accommodation, and campus life to ensure every student is supported to succeed in their academic journey and graduate ready to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
With over 25 years of experience across three Group of Eight universities, Leah has led transformative change in student services, international partnerships, and university operations, strengthening the engagement between faculties, schools, and central services. Her leadership approach is firmly rooted in evidence-based decision making, improving opportunities for staff and students alike, and creating an environment that fosters growth, belonging and success.
Leah is deeply committed to ensuring that students remain at the core of institutional priorities, with their perspectives meaningfully informing decision-making processes. She firmly believes that universities hold a critical responsibility in shaping and preparing well-rounded individuals who are equipped to contribute thoughtfully and impactfully to society.
