Dr Misol Kim is a senior lecturer at the Centre for Social Impact, where she is deeply committed to advancing education for sustainability through transformative teaching, innovative research, and meaningful cross-sector collaboration. She specializes in survey and scale development, as well as measurement design, and is passionate about creating educational programs and research initiatives that lead to lasting, positive change.

Known for her clear communication, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills, Misol thrives in collaborative environments and is especially dedicated to building partnerships that accelerate social and environmental progress. Her work bridges academic excellence with real-world impact.

What truly distinguishes Misol is her global outlook. Having lived and worked in South Korea, Sweden, Germany, and Australia (Melbourne and Sydney), she brings a wealth of intercultural insight and adaptability to diverse educational and professional contexts. Her interdisciplinary background—spanning environmental engineering, sustainable development, entrepreneurship, and education for sustainability—enables her to approach complex challenges holistically and creatively.
