Raveen completed his PhD with the School of Mathematics and Statistics at »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ in 2020. His thesis was on maximum generalised roundness properties of metric spaces arising from graphs. His undergraduate degree was in computer science and mathematics, also at »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ.
Raveen currently teaches algorithms and competitive programming, and has previously tutored a variety of first year mathematics courses.
As a student, Raveen represented »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ twice at the ICPC World Finals. He now serves as the »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ ICPC coach, having taken three »Ê¹Ú²ÊƱ teams to World Finals including the Silver Medal winning team of 2018.
